Spring 2022 Career Support and Professional Development Workshops

Workshops will be postponed to a later date due to some unforeseen circumstances.

The CSPD Center is offering small group workshops for students to create virtual access to career readiness information. To reserve your spot in the workshop, please click RSVP as space is limited. And to ensure you experience quality and meaningful workshop and due to high demand, reservations submitted less than 24 hours prior to the workshop start time risk not being accepted.

Once you have completed the RSVP form, you will receive an email the day before or the morning of the workshop that will include your unique Zoom link and password.

Advising Hours & Availability

We are here to help with your Career Support needs! Our Spring 2022 Virtual Advising Hours will run through May 6, 2022. To schedule an appointment during the days and times listed below with the Lam Family College of Business Career Advisor, please log into your SF State Handshake platform and follow the steps listed in our Step-by-Step Guide to Booking Career Advising appointments.

You may quickly drop-in or schedule an appointment with the SF State Career Services & Leadership Development (CSLD) for writing a resume & cover letter, exploring career options, applying for internships, jobs, fellowships, and more. Tutoring and Academic Support Center (TASC) is also another great resource for getting support on writing resumes and cover letters.

After reading our guidelines and policies, we invite you to complete the Jobs and Internship Announcement Form. We will review your request and get back to you within 24 – 48 hours.

Finally, If you feel your job is not within the scope of programs and majors offered within the Lam Family College of Business, we encourage you to post your announcement using San Francisco State University's Handshake platform.
