Women’s Emerging Leadership Forum (WELF)
An annual event, the Women’s Emerging Leadership Forum provides an engaging environment for participants to enhance their leadership skills, learn insights on career advancement, and expand their professional network. The event features a series of accomplished speakers and interactive activities that leave participants feeling inspired and empowered.

Annual Community Engagement Performance Awards
Each year during the spring semester, the Lam-Larsen Community Engagement Initiative invites applications from faculty and staff of the Lam Family College of Business for the Community Engagement Performance Awards. A Selection Committee comprised of LFCoB faculty and a community member/alum review applications and select up to three award recipients.
