Bicycle parking is available:

• in front of the 200 McAllister building, inside the gated enclosure
• at the pedestrian entrance to the UC Law SF Garage at 376 Larkin
• in the Academe basement

Consider storing your bike in the Academe bike room if you need to store it overnight.

Bicycles must be registered to use campus parking areas:

• Registration is free.
• Please visit the UCSF-PD security booth in the lobby of the 200 McAllister building to register your bicycle. 

Note that you are parking your bike at your own risk, and UC Law SF and SFSU are not responsible for stolen or damaged bicycles. 

Official SF State business cards (250 cards per unit) are available for purchase online.

To place your order, visit https://commerce.cashnet.com/cobus and select Lam Family College of Business > Business Cards to fill out your information. Please allow three weeks for delivery to the SFSU Downtown Campus.

The UC Law ID badge is required to enter the UC Law building and to access student spaces. This badge is only given to active SFSU graduate business students.

All MBA, MS in Accounting and Analytics, and MS in Business Analytics students will receive an email before the start of the semester with instructions on obtaining their ID badge.

This is the official SF State ID card used by students and the University community.

Your OneCard provides you with: 

• SFSU Library Services
• SFSU Printing Services
• Transit Benefits

You may qualify for discounts through other entertainment or educational outlets, such as museums, movies or cell phone plans.  Please visit the OneCard website for more information. 

A print station is located in the library and Graduate Business Programs office in Suite 250.

More information about printing will be provided soon.

Public transportation is the recommended option for travel to downtown San Francisco on weekdays as parking spaces can be limited and costly.

BART/MUNI

Exit at Civic Center Station (Take the Civic Center/UN Plaza exit). We are one block away from the exit. Nearby buses are the 5, 5R, 7, 9, 9R, and 19.

Parking Information

Students can receive a discounted daily parking rate of $13 at the UC Law SF Parking Garage, located at 376 Larkin Street. You must pay with the parking staff in person at the cashier booth in the garage and present your UC Law SF ID to receive the discounted rate. 

The discounted student rate does not apply to the overnight parking rate, which costs $32 per day. If you leave your car in the garage overnight, the regular $32 daily rate will apply. 

Students who live on campus at the Academe at 198 McAllister Street may also sign up for monthly parking for a discounted rate of $225.

UC Law SF Parking Garage Hours*:

Monday - Saturday: 6:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.

Sundays: 6:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.

* The Parking Garage is occasionally closed for holidays and special events. We will post signs in the garage and send out notices to the community on these occasions.

When the building security systems are activated

You should:

• Take your cell phone and all valuables with you
• evacuate the building toward the nearest green color exit sign
• Follow the green exit signs
• Keep to the right in hallways and stairways to allow access for incoming emergency personnel
• Do not use the elevators
• Students with mobility issues should go to the nearest emergency exit and wait at the top of the stairwell for Emergency Rescue Personnel
• Once you have exited the building, wait at the 160 Spear Street entrance for further instructions.

Earthquake Procedures

• Remain calm
• Seek cover under a desk or table: drop, cover and hold on.
• Stay away from glass windows, shelves and heavy equipment
• Do not exit the building as it may be safer to stay inside the building, unless the building threatens to collapse
• Protect yourself at all times
• Be prepared for aftershocks

All other classrooms in the building are available for Study Hall when classes and events are not in session. Check in with our reception desk to reserve a room.
