The Research Commons, Study Commons and Digital Media Studio in the J. Paul Leonard Library provide a wide range of technology services and resources, labs and workspaces, including large computer study areas, to facilitate and enhance your educational goals, learning experiences and opportunities for collaboration with other students, faculty, and staff.

Business Collaboration Lab

Location and Services

The Business Collaboration Lab is equipped with over 100 PC workstations divided into three rooms with a variety of business and productivity software. The lab offers scanning and single-sided printing at 7 cents per page (which requires a One Card). 

Class Visits (CoB Faculty)

To reserve a computer-equipped classroom, send your request to jotoole@sfsu.edu. Three rooms are available for faculty reservations:

  • BUS 204 with 36 PC workstations
  • BUS 212 with 39 PC workstations
  • BUS 214 with 36 PC workstations

  • Faculty: contact your department's AOC to make a reservation at least 48 hours in advance
  • Student Organizations: contact Jeff O'Toole to make your reservation

Students are able to receive help for technology-related issues from Information Technology Services (ITS).
