Chair of Labor and Employment Studies and Professor John Logan discussed the victories at Chipotle in Michigan and Recreational Equipment Inc (REI) in California, saying, "This is a critically important victory. The union campaign at REI, like that at Starbucks, has the potential to spread nationwide." Logan believes both wins can positively affect the labor movement within the country.
