This event is designed for prospective and current undergraduate and graduate business students, and alumni from our graduate business programs.
Join us for an inspiring session with Shagun Tewari, a graduate of the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at San Francisco State University. Shagun will share her experience studying at SF State, offering insights into how the MBA program catapulted her professional career and led her to a role as Senior Business Operations Manager at Sumo Logic.

Originally from India, Shagun Tewari holds an Engineering bachelor's degree in Information Technology and an MBA from San Francisco State University. Following her graduate studies, she gained valuable experience at several startups, where she developed a strong foundation in navigating dynamic environments and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Shagun currently works at Sumo Logic, where she leads the go-to-market (GTM) tech stack. In this role, she is responsible for driving tool optimization and adoption, ensuring streamlined operations and enabling teams to operate efficiently and effectively. Shagun's background uniquely blends technical expertise with strategic business insight, allowing her to deliver impactful solutions at scale.
