Event Description:
The Live Well Advance conference brings together thousands of partners and stakeholders to network and learn about new tools and best practices in breakout sessions. The event provides a place where Live Well San Diego Partners can share ideas, collaborate, innovate and create a stronger foundation to continue community improvement efforts throughout the year.

Event Time: 7:00 am to 4:30 pm PST
Location: Virtual
Role/Responsibilities:
In this role you will be assisting attendees, exhibitors, and speakers with both technical and non-technical questions. There may be upwards of 5000 attendees at this event and those who have technical difficulties will come to the tech support team who will be of assistance over video chat. Most of the participants in the Virtual Live Well Advanced are less tech savvy therefore being able to break down functionalities of Zoom and internet issues would be a big help for them.
o Be available all day Thursday December 3rd from 7:00am – 4:30pm PST + 60 minute lunch break
o Must attend two mandatory virtual trainings which will be held at the end of November, the other will be a refresher a couple of days prior to the event
o Will familiarize yourself with Zoom and PheedLoop event platform (once selected)
o Must have access to a reliable source of internet
o Must have your own computer/laptop
o Will be reliable with all communication via group chat with organizer and team
o Compensated $120 per person *subject to change based on budget
