Position Description: 

  • The Professional Services Project Manager Analyst Intern is responsible for change management within the PMO, organizing, updating and auditing all templates and processes, PM Compliance audits, reporting and dashboard creation and management. This person will also lead and track internal PMO initiatives.

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain and work from a product backlog to keep several improvements and initiatives going
  • Clearly articulate and document business requirements
  • Perform weekly, monthly and quarterly compliance checks and audits
  • Coordinate internal project delivery by participating in requirements reviews and walk-throughs to communicate business requirements and validate proposed solutions
  • Assist with meeting facilitation by sending meeting agendas capturing and distributing meeting minutes, and tracking assigned team actions
  • Create PM report repository and assist with dashboard creation
  • Assist with data modeling and visual representations 
  • Coordinate with different departmental teams to produce better business outcomes
  • Test business processes and recommend improvements

Required Qualifications: 

  • Majoring in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or equivalent education/training/experience
  • To apply, you must be pursuing a 4-year Undergraduate Degree with a GPA of 3.0 or above, and returning to school in the fall

  • Good communication skills including written, verbal, presentation, and adaptive (multi-level)
  • Good organizational skills including tool utilization (spreadsheets, project management tools, mind maps), information capture, attention to detail, and prioritization
  • Flexible to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines; able to promptly and efficiently react to project adjustments and alterations

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience with Google’s G Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets and Slides) is a plus
