  • Position Responsibilities:

    • Take notes during the advisory team meeting.

    • After the meeting, confirm your understanding of the meeting topics and company progress with CLS FAST representatives present at the meeting. Create a meeting minutes document using the CLS standard template and send the document to the advisory team email list.

    • Explore new opportunities for students at large to get involved in the decision-making processes on campus

    • Research what other Universities are doing to keep as environmental and sustainability events and explore ideas for the ERC
    • Create ERC events that help promote our projects, environmental education, Sol Patch, and other collaborations with AS organizations
    • Find relevant information/post that we can share on our platforms with outside environmental organizations and other AS organizations promoting environmental work
    • Come up with interactive IG stories at least once a week
    • Understanding tracking logistics of each post on social media to better understand how to get better engagement in future posts
    • Alternative duties include: writing up reports, updated follower count, a summary of posts and feedback, and getting the online giveaway winners’ emails.
    • Must be available to attend weekly meetings
    • Must be able to attend ERC events and workshops
