Position Description:
We are excited to grow our People team at Kyte with one of our first recruiting team members. We’re seeking highly motivated people with strong organizational backgrounds that want to disrupt the way people travel.
Successful candidates will have a passion for transportation/travel, exceptional research skills, bias toward action, and exceptional organizational and communication skills. We move quickly as a team to drive company-wide decisions, thus a balance of getting the details right while still moving fast is important.
Position Responsibilities:
This role is focused on scaling our talent efforts - this role will own everything from the sourcing process to the offer and onboarding flow. If you love to build and are passionate about operational efficiency/candidate experience/recruitment, we’d love to start a conversation!
