Come celebrate and learn more about the student entrepreneurs at San Francisco State, and experience demonstrations and exhibits of their innovations, products and services. Our student entrepreneurs come from all majors and it's taken a lot dedication and persistence for them rise above the noise and clutter of their respective industries.
Demo Day is about meeting the entrepreneurs, interacting with demonstrations of their actual products and services, and supporting them in the next phases of their businesses. You will also have the chance to network and miggle with other, like-minded entrepreneurial-focused students, alumni, faculty and staff.
These are successful student entrepreneurs that have demonstrated traction - Keynote founders have already generated revenue, and innovators have launed prototypes and MVPs. Broxi AI is a no-code AI agent platform for enterprises and end consumers, founded by LFCoB Marketing major, Katelyn Ho (MKTG '24). Broxi AI empowers anyone to build and deploy powerful AI agents in minutes. Katelyn evolved an AI concept that she developed while taking classes as a part of the Lam Family College of Business minor in Entrepreneurship. What started out as an AI-driven travel application (GuidenAI), Katelyn's founding team quickly pivoted the business to GuidenAI, where they found traction - garnering development backing from Nvidia and Google. Broxi AI is already revenue generating with commitments in the form of federal and state government contracts.
In an industry riddled with chemicals, CurlyCrownz Haircare provides natural hair care products made with opulent natural herbs, butters, and oils to nourish your curly hair, beard, locs, scalp, and weaves. Yet, CurlyCrownz is "bigger than hair". CurlyCrownz is a social justice-oriented brand that aims to innovate media representation of minorities through media and marketing, as well as donating time and money to organizations that help people of color thrive. Curly Crownz Haircare is founded by Amylah Charles, a graduating BECA major and Africana Studies minor. Amylah and CrulyCrownz Haircare took 3rd place in the 2023 Innovation Pitch Competition.
