Hear from Sina Shariati Samani, a recent graduate of the Master of Science in Business Analytics (MSBA) program at San Francisco State University. Sina will talk about his professional journey as a Business Intelligence Analyst at Escon Builders, offering insights into how the MSBA courses played a pivotal role in shaping his career path.

Sina Shariati Samani (MSBA, ’21) is a recent graduate of the Master of Science in Business Analytics (MSBA) program at San Francisco State University. After earning his degree in 2021, he landed an offer as a Business Intelligence Analyst at Escon Builders.

His MSBA journey at SFSU allowed him to advance from someone with no prior coding experience into a Graduate Distinguished Achievement award recipient, capable of commercializing an AI-powered business idea and teaching coding to others.

As a data-driven professional, Sina is passionate about entrepreneurship, business development, and market analysis, leveraging Business Intelligence solutions across the medical and construction industries. Now, as a Business Intelligence Analyst at Escon Builders, he focuses on developing a real-time database of subcontractors using Web Scraping, Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques, and Computer Vision frameworks.
