During her time as the Office of Diversity and Inclusion Leader for the Bay Area & Northwest market, Moiré Ramussen was responsible for leading the market's strategic initiatives to retain, develop, and advance women and ethnic minorities. She also worked with all dimensions of diversity including but not limited to micro-inequities, unconscious bias, gender dynamics and generational differences. As a 25-year veteran of PwC, she now works with companies across the country who believe the business community has a responsibility to act. These companies help fight societal systemic racism through corporate engagement strategies and by advancing racial equity through legislative public policy at the federal, state, and local levels. The focus is to positively impact the 47+million Black Americans and improve societal well-being.
