Overview

Join us virtually on Friday, November 1, 2024, at noon for the Faculty Corner: Gaining Business Insights with Generative AI with presenter Professor Sameer Verma. This event is hosted by the Lam-Larsen Emerging Technologies Initiative at the Lam Family College of Business.

Generative AI is growing at a significant rate, and the technologies and related investments are strong indicators of its pivotal role in the near future. Classic AI and machine learning (ML) techniques have given us insights into business processes through the window of analytics. This presentation will explore how Gen AI approach can provide us with deep insights into business, grounded in personalized, and context-rich enterprise data. Moreover, Professor Sameer will discuss how to build integrated applications beyond the chatbot for this approach.

All SF State faculty, staff and students are welcome to participate.
