Overview
What can companies do to proactively invest in climate change solutions and embed environmental ethics into their strategic decision making? Find out in this session with alumna Sheetal Kapani, as she will discuss how SVB has committed to providing $5 Billion in loans and other financing to support organizations’ goals to achieve climate neutrality in the next 3 years.

Sheetal Kapani (MBA ’11), Vice President at Silicon Valley Bank (SVB)
Sheetal Kapani earned her M.B.A. in 2011 from San Francisco State with an emphasis in Sustainable Business. She now works as a Vice President at Silicon Valley Bank (SVB) with Life Science companies and helps startups in that ecosystem get access to capital and other banking support. She previously worked as a Director of Underwriting at CleanFund, a company focused on financing clean energy in commercial buildings. She is also a Founder of the Green Team at Silicon Valley Bank with over 350 members, a team that is helping SVB be more sustainable.
