Sheila Stanziale
Chief Executive Officer, Mighty Leaf Tea
As the CEO of Mighty Leaf Tea, Sheila Stanziale recently completed a successful transaction for her private equity backers. She is a fast paced and entrepreneurial CEO with an outstanding track record of high performance at Global Fortune 50 (PepsiCo), large-cap, mid-cap and smaller/ private equity owned companies. She has repeat performances for quickly learning a new business, developing and executing an accelerated and profitable growth strategy, and top-grading and energizing her teams to accomplish stretch goals. Her proven ability to manage through complexity, quickly align teams and relentlessly focus on the critical path have rewarded shareholders. She has a reputation for mentoring and grooming promising subordinates, many of whom have followed her to subsequent engagements. Jennifer Cabalquinto
Chief Financial Officer, Golden State Warriors
Jennifer Cabalquinto is currently in her fifth season as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Golden State Warriors. In this role, she oversees all day-to-day and long-term financial planning and accounting for the organization. With over 25 years of finance leadership experience in a variety of start-up, turnaround, and high growth business environments, Cabalquinto most recently served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Universal Studios Hollywood from 2007-2013. In this role, she was responsible for NBC Universal’s theme park and Citywalk operations in Los Angeles, California. Cabalquinto joined NBC Universal as part of the Telemundo acquisition. At the time of the acquisition, she served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the Telemundo Station Group in Miami, Florida. With the integration of Telemundo, Cabalquinto was relocated to Los Angeles to serve as Vice President of Finance for NBCU’s Los Angeles television stations—KNBC, KVEA and KWHY.
Terri Kallsen, CFP®
Executive Vice President, Charles Schwab
Terri R. Kallsen leads Investor Services and is responsible for driving profitable, long-term growth and increasing client loyalty in the retail business, serving individual investors. Kallsen manages Schwab’s branch network, Independent Branch Services, client service and support, wealth management, financial planning, acquisition delivery, supervision and controls, portfolio consulting and optionsXpress. Previously, Kallsen led the Branch Network, where she was responsible for leading a nationwide network of over 300 retail branch offices dedicated to helping new and existing clients achieve their financial goals. She also served as Senior Vice President of Portfolio Consulting, responsible for the strategic growth and operations of Schwab’s multiple retail advisory services for affluent and high-net-worth investors.
Rachel Haurwitz
President and Chief Executive Officer, Caribou Biosciences
Rachel is a co-founder of Caribou Biosciences and has been President and CEO since its inception. She has a research background in CRISPR-Cas biology, and is also a co-founder of Intellia Therapeutics. In 2014, she was named by Forbes Magazine to the “30 Under 30” list in Science and Healthcare, and in 2016, Fortune Magazine named her to the “40 Under 40” list of the most influential young people in business. Rachel is an inventor of several patents and patent applications covering multiple CRISPR-derived technologies, and she has co-authored scientific papers in high impact journals characterizing CRISPR-Cas systems. Rachel earned an A.B. in Biological Sciences from Harvard College, and received a Ph.D. in Molecular and Cell Biology from the University of California, Berkeley.
Eileen Rinaldi
Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Ritual Roasters
Eileen Rinaldi is the owner and founder of Ritual Coffee. After getting her degree in Religious Studies at Brown, she put San Francisco on the (coffee) map by opening her flagship cafe on Valencia Street. She did that way back in 2005 when San Franciscans were still swilling dark-roasted blends at grunge cafes. Eileen is fiercely passionate about small business and all things coffee, of course. Lately she’s been thinking about how to get people to talk to strangers instead of staring at their phones, how coffee will be different in ten years or more and how to offer her employees housing someday. After reading in IN PRINT that Ritual was owned by a man, she’s decided that she needs to be more visible. Ritual Coffee roasts coffee sourced directly from producers in San Francisco and has six cafes in San Francisco and Napa.
Nanette Lee Miller
Partner, Marcum LLP
SF State Alumna
Nanette Lee Miller is the firm’s former West Coast Partner-in-Charge of Assurance Services. She also serves as California Healthcare Practice Leader. In addition, she is Founder and Co-leader of the Modern Family & LGBT Services Practice Group. Ms. Miller has more than 30 years of experience in public accounting, providing assurance, accounting and business consulting services to publicly and privately held businesses, as well as not-for-profit organizations. She is a trusted business advisor for start-up and emerging companies, as well as troubled entities that require restructuring. Ms. Miller founded the Firm’s Modern Family & LGBT Services group in 2012, a full year before the historic overturning of the Defense of Marriage Act by the U.S. Supreme Court.
Janet Reilly
Co-Founder, Clinic by the Bay
Janet Reilly is the co-founder and Board President of Clinic by the Bay—a free, volunteer-powered health clinic in San Francisco’s Excelsior neighborhood. Opened in 2010, Clinic by the Bay provides healthcare to more than 1,400 working uninsured patients living in San Francisco and San Mateo counties. In 2015, President Obama appointed Janet to the Board of Directors of The Presidio Trust, which has the responsibility to oversee the operations, finances, and programs of the Presidio—an innovative and treasured National Park. Janet currently serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors. Janet began her professional career as a broadcast journalist before transitioning into corporate public affairs, managing the Public Relations department for Mervyn’s Department stores. Most recently, Janet produced and hosted The Mix with Janet Reilly—a news magazine show that aired on NBC Bay Area.
Alice Katwan
Senior Vice President, Genesys
SF State Alumna
Alice is a highly respected sales leader with over 20 years building and leading sales teams in enterprise sales at Genesys, Red Hat, BEA Systems, Network Appliance and Sagent Technology. She started her career in sales by selling $.25 cent newspapers on the corner of 26th & Irving in San Francisco. In college, she supported herself by selling $100 kitchen fixtures and now she manages a $100M+ business at Genesys. She attributes this success to her love of networking and her ability to build engaged sales teams who have fun at work. Since joining Genesys in 2013, Alice has transformed the way the company sells by implementing a social-selling model. She has also increased diversity by emphasizing sales skills over tech expertise when hiring. Alice’s team of 80—made up of an equal number of women and men, unheard of in high-tech sales—has achieved record revenue growth. Her Commercial and Operations team today accounts for half of the company’s North American revenue.
Gretchen Pearson
President, Berkshire Hathaway, Drsydale Properties
Gretchen Pearson founded her brokerage in 2005 and now operates one of the largest woman-owned full-service real estate brokerages in the nation. With over 30+ years in the industry, Pearson has been acknowledged as NAR’s Top 40 Under 40, Woman Entrepreneur of the Year Award for Contra Costa County, and a legend recipient of the Most Influential Woman in Business Award by the San Francisco Business Times. RealTrends recently honored Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Drysdale Properties, known locally as “The Drysdales,” in the RealTrends’ PowerBroker Report as the 92nd largest brokerage in the nation by sales volume. In March 2017, Pearson accepted the Apex Award as the 14th most producing company in the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network.
Christina Bui
Vice President, Robert Half
Christina Bui is Vice President of Client Solutions for Robert Half. In her role, Christina partners with the professional staffing divisions of Robert Half and the consulting organization Protiviti, its wholly-owned subsidiary. She develops business consulting and project staffing engagements, leveraging the depth and breadth of Robert Half’s staffing capabilities along with Protiviti’s consulting methodologies and thought leadership. Her focus is on finance/accounting project-based engagements related to preparing companies for transactions such as IPO, mergers and acquisitions. Prior to this role, she helped launch CFO services for Robert Half. Prior to that, she was Associate Managing Partner of Tatum, a national interim CFO firm, for almost four years.
Jessica Weatherford
Director of Organizational Development, Girls Scouts of Northern California
Jessica V. Weatherford, MBA, MS, is an expert in both organizational development and leadership. She is currently the Director of Organizational Development and Learning for the Girls Scouts or Northern California. With experience as a small-business owner, consultant and non-profit executive, she is passionate about using psychology, systems and candor to radically improve the performance of teams and individuals. She is also most recently the author of Bridge to Better, a guide on reigniting growth for small-business and non-profit leaders.
Susan Halstead
President and Co-Founder, Job Tango
With 20+ years of corporate recruiting experience in Silicon Valley and Northern California, Susan has worked with hundreds of hiring managers to customize their recruitments and establish needed recruitment processes. Throughout her corporate recruiting, Susan has viewed countless resumés, conducted thousands of phone and face-to-face interviews, and coached hiring managers, candidates, and interview team members. Susan brings vast knowledge of recruiting technical, finance, marketing, HR, sales and other corporate positions. She provides strong partnership when collaborating with an organization to develop a recruitment process that is unique to its needs and complements the culture of the organization in a very competitive hiring landscape. Susan would also like to share her broad recruiting experience with those who are about to embark on their job search.
Lindsey Brown
President and Co-Founder, Job Tango
Lindsey brings an extensive background in human resources, recruitment, and employee counseling. Always acting as a constant resource for employees, Lindsey has managed day-to-day HR operations, partnered with company leaders and department heads, and onboarded employees into entry level, professional, and management positions. Her areas of expertise include company program and process development and implementation, training and development, and HR/Recruiting information systems. When partnering with employers, Lindsey’s knack for development and implementation comes alive, supporting businesses from inception to application of programs and processes. In addition, she provides solid guidance to help individuals create a resume that will generate results, as well as prepare them to present their best self during an interview. Lindsey graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, earning her bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies.
Sandra Clark

Sandra offers coaching services and workshops to help busy professionals build their online brand and showcase their expertise by creating great profiles on LinkedIn. Sandra started her career as a teacher and theatre director before moving into educational administration. She has worked for the University of California system (both UC Berkeley Extension and UCSC Extension) providing corporate training to Silicon Valley for 25 years before starting her own company, LinkedIn Mentoring.
