| Detail | You are invited to join the SF State Alumni Association for a lively and informative lunchtime symposium showcasing science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) education at San Francisco State University. Moderated by Provost Sue Rosser, this three-part series features many activities involving all Colleges of the university participating in STEM education. STEM is extensive and growing through concerted efforts by University leaders and faculty to ensure that science education provides a conduit to high quality graduate education and high-skilled jobs for our graduates. STEM education at SF State ranges from K-12 teacher training, through partnerships and bridge programs with community colleges, to undergraduate field and laboratory experiences, and intensive research projects at the master’s level.
