Kai Hockerts, Ph.D., Professor, Copenhagen Business School
Kai Hockerts is Professor in Social Entrepreneurship at Copenhagen Business School (CBS). As Academic Director of Responsible Management Education, he leads the CBS curriculum change initiative with the goal of anchoring responsible management education across the curriculum. Kai's primary research focus is on corporate sustainability strategies and social entrepreneurship. Kai holds a Ph.D. in Management from the University of St. Gallen (CH). Before joining CBS Kai was Adjunct Professor at INSEAD (France). His research has been published in the Journal of Business Venturing, International Review of Entrepreneurship, Journal of Business Ethics, and Business Strategy and the Environment. Prof. Hockerts is on the editorial review boards of the Journal of Business Venturing, the Journal of Social Entrepreneurship, The Social Enterprise Journal and Business Strategy and the Environment. He is section editor for Corporate Sustainability at the Journal of Business Ethics.
Sheetal Kapoor, Ph.D., Professor, University of Delhi
Sheetal Kapoor, Ph. D., is a Professor of Marketing in the Commerce Department at Kamala Nehru College, University of Delhi, in India, where she teaches marketing, advertising, consumer affairs and customer care and digital marketing. She is also is a supervisor to three Ph. D. and Master's in Philosophy (M. Phil.) scholars who are working in the area of sustainable tourism and circular economy.
Sheetal's primary research concerns sustainable tourism, subsistence marketplaces, collaborative consumption, advertising to children, family buying behavior and consumer socialization. She earned her M. Phil. and Ph. D. in Marketing (consumer behavior) from the Department of Commerce, Delhi School of Economics, in India. She is a board member of Consumer Voice, a non-voluntary organization working in the area of sustainability and empowering consumers about their rights and redressal mechanism. She has co-authored seven books, several chapters and more than forty research papers in reputable journals. Sheetal was awarded the Teaching Excellence award in Innovation from the former Vice Chancellor of Delhi University. She has been invited as an expert by various media channels and educational institutions.
