Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

We welcome guests of all ages to join the event. However, we require guests to show eligible U.S. government-issued photo I.D. for alcohol consumption. Please be prepared to show your ID upon arrival to the ticket attendant.

How can I get around?

We do not condone drinking and driving. Be responsible and have a designated driver or arrange transportation through a variety of services such as Uber, taxi, Lyft, Muni, or BART.

What if I have dietary concerns?

Although we’d like to make everyone happy and offer a variety of food selection to fit everyone’s palate, we can’t guarantee or know what restaurants plan to serve the day of the event. We will do our best to accommodate everyone’s needs.

Is food and drink included?

Yes, all food and drink is included at the event.

What can/can’t I bring to the event?

No outside food or beverage. All events require tickets.

What is the dress code?

We would recommend business casual. As you can guess, San Francisco suffers from microclimates. San Francisco temperatures drop during the evenings, so always be prepared with layers, wraps and something for cool evenings.

What is the refund policy?

Tickets are non-refundable. All sales are final.

Are tickets tax deductible?

A portion of all tickets are considered tax-deductible to the extent of the law. The fair-market value of each ticket is $25. For example, if you purchase your ticket at $100, ($100 - $25 = $75), $75 may be considered tax-deductible. Please consult with your tax adviser.

Who is supported by the proceeds from this event?

All proceeds benefit San Francisco State University’s Hospitality and Tourism Management Program and its students.
