The Accounting Distinguished Awards recognizes individuals for longtime contributions to the accounting profession, a particular achievement, a series of achievements or a career of noteworthy accomplishments, including recognizing companies who have partnered with the department.
Lifetime Achievement Award
A seasoned accounting professional who has made a significant and advance the accounting profession through leadership.

Corporate Partner Award
Acknowledgment to a corporate who has partnered with the accounting department through active involvement, engagement, recruiting efforts and corporate giving support.

Outstanding Private Accounting Award

A young accounting professional who demonstrates leadership skills and has made contributions to the accounting department.
- maximum of ten years of post-graduation and under 35 years of age

Distinguished Service Professor of Accounting Award
Recognizes a faculty for sustained performance in excellence in teaching and service in accounting.
- served as department chair
- full-time faculty members for a minimum of 10 years are eligible
