Needs Assessment and Discovery Stage
We begin each partnership with an organization by conducting a needs assessment to understand your company’s unique challenges and learning priorities. The purpose of this discovery stage is to identify your overall and specific needs, goals and clearly understand your organization’s culture and people.
Custom Curriculum Design
Our experienced team will then design a tailored program that includes a proposed teaching team, custom curriculum and delivery schedule. Based on the organization’s needs and time constraints, the program may be delivered via various methods, including classroom lectures and discussions, case studies, teamwork and independent study.
Program Delivery
Once the curriculum has been reviewed, updated and finalized, the program is delivered onsite at your organization or can be held offsite at SF State Downtown Campus. Our custom programs can range anywhere from several days to months. The duration is dependent on the time constraints of the organization and we strive to be as flexible as possible to meet the needs of our partner companies.
Feedback
Throughout the duration of the program, we monitor the program in order to make any necessary changes. Post-program, we conduct in-depth analysis to determine the success of the program by evaluating feedback from program participants, the teaching team and the partner organization. Ongoing, we continue to support our partner companies through coaching, Open Enrollment classes and additional/follow-up custom programs.
