SUGAR Network team tests their innovation ideas for volunteer engagement.
A multidisciplinary team of Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, and Cinema students led by faculty advisor and Professor of Information Systems Leigh Jin volunteered at Glide Memorial Church, where they interviewed staff and tested their ideas for using blockchain and IoT technology to improve efficiency and volunteer engagement.
This is a component of the SUGAR Network innovation project, where students are tasked with solving a challenge through technology, innovation, and collaboration.
