Professor John Logan's Op-Ed on Biden Labor Perspective Published in The Hill

Professor and Chair of Labor and Employment Studies John Logan discussed President Biden's pledge to be the most pro-union president in history.

Logan comments on President Biden's Twitter statement that “Every American deserves the dignity and respect that comes with union organizing and collective bargaining. The policy of our government is to encourage union organizing, and employers should ensure their workers have a free and fair choice to join a union," saying his tweet is perhaps the clearest pro-union statement we’ve ever had from a sitting president. Statements like this one "will have a concrete impact on real union organizing campaigns," Logan says, spotlighting current unionization efforts at Amazon's Alabama warehouse.
