Professor John Logan Quoted in VICE Article on Amazon's Anti-Union Campaign

Professor and Chair of Labor and Employment Studies John Logan discussed the new website of anti-union propaganda targeting workers at an Amazon warehouse in Bessamer, Alabama in an effort to prevent worker unionization.

The company has been clear about their opposition to unionization, implementing surveillance programs, firing union organizers, and creating anti-union videos with the help of Morgan Lewis, one of the most prominent union-busting laws firms in the country. "Amazon has unlimited resources to fight this union drive," Logan told VICE. "They will do anything for unions not to get a foothold. There’s no amount that Amazon wouldn’t be willing to pay Morgan Lewis to defeat this campaign."
