Professor and Chair of Labor and Employment Studies John Logan discussed the charges Amazon will face from the National Labor Relations Board in response to the company's unlawful surveillance of union activity.
“The penalties for violating the [NLRA] are meaningless,” says Logan. “[For Amazon], it’s the cost of doing business. You can make a case that Amazon falls into the category of the worst offenders, a poster child for labor law violations.”
