Professor and Chair of Labor and Employment Studies John Logan discussed strategies employers use to crush labor unions.
Logan covered union-busting techniques to dissuade employees from joining labor unions in the Teen Vogue story. One of the tactics that companies use is hiring professional consultants that specialize in suppressing unions. "You hire these particular firms [and] it's a signal that you are determined to fight a union campaign to the death," Logan says.
