Logan provides an in-depth overview of the firm's history, including its manipulation of bargaining units, lawsuits against workers, and ties to the the Trump Organization. "The company’s history of aggressive opposition to unionization suggests that there is no amount of money that Amazon would not be prepared to pay Morgan Lewis in order to defeat the union campaign," he says.
