Professor John Logan commented on the working conditions of employees who never expected to be on the front lines of a national crisis.
Lack of protection for workers who stock grocery shelves or deliver packages puts these workers and the customers they serve at risk. "You’d hope it would result in some sort of sea change in how we view and how we treat grocery workers and delivery workers," Logan said.
