Labor Studies Professor John Logan interviewed on NPR about protecting grocery workers during pandemic

Professor and Director of Labor and Employment Studies John Logan discussed how grocery staff and other food industry workers, who are considered essential workers during the COVID-19 pandemic, often have few protections. Logan explained that “states could go further and treat grocery staff as first responders, helping them get access to protective gear like masks and gloves.”
