Associate Professors of Management Antoaneta Petkova and Eric Lamm and Associate Professor of Decision Sciences Theresa Roeder won the prestigious Junior Faculty Best Paper Award for the most significant contribution that advances leadership and organizational studies for their paper ‘(Di)Stressing Feedback: The Impact of Feedback Type on Students’ Teamwork Effectiveness’.
The award is sponsored by the Academy of Management, Management Education and Development division and SAGE/Journal of Leadership and Organizational Studies.
