At the May 6, 2014, Academic Senate meeting, Faculty Honors and Awards Committee Chair Robert Keith Collins presented the winners of the 2014 Distinguished Faculty Awards, including the Excellence in Professional Achievement awarded to Professor of Decision Sciences Ramesh Bollapragada.
The award is administered by the Academic Senate and is given across all faculty members in the university, and is officially given on May 6 in the Academic senate meeting, as well as at the opening faculty meeting in McKenna Theatre in fall 2014.
