Dean Linda Oubré received the Bert King Award for Service

Linda OubreThe College of Business congratulates Dean Linda Oubré on her achievement as the recipient of the Bert King Award for Service. The distinction, which was named to honor Class of 1970 alumnus Bert King, will be awarded to Linda Oubré, EdD, MBA, on Saturday, February 6th at the African American Student Union/African American Alumni conference by the Harvard Business School. 

For over 30 years, she has been committed to helping more students of color get into graduate business schools. Dean Oubré remains dedicated to helping SF State College of Business students pursue higher education by funding scholarships. Linda has taken part in funding two scholarships: Linda and Nathaniel Oubré Leadership Scholarship for low-income students and Ernest C. Dillard Sr. Endowed Scholarship Fund to assist the Labor Studies program.
