Just as a “Roadie” serves as the term for the working technicians who assist all aspects of production for the band, Pandora’s “Roadies” support all areas of our business during their 10 week internship at Pandora. The Road Crew Program is focused on developing relationships with self-motivated college students and grads through on-the-job training, mentoring, and career-pathing exercises to help them discover their futures at Pandora. Whether attending company meetings, networking with fellow employees, or leading projects for their teams, Road Crew members acquire hands-on work experience and are an integral part of Pandora.
