Topic: In Conversation with Professor Sanjit Sengupta
Kinga Nowak-Gruszka received her San Francisco State MBA degree in 2015. She arrived in the US as a Green Card lottery winner and started working for a board game start-up, Blue Orange Games, which has grown multiple times since she joined. She was very proud of building a strong and innovative Operations department there. She needed to juggle the demands of working full time, doing a part-time MBA, building her Supply Chain expertise within a start-up, and being a parent in a new country. Her move to Clorox brought her an amazing exposure to large scale operations, manufacturing and supply chain complexities across multiple divisions.
