This session will highlight Genentech’s history, culture and current operations followed by an overview of the Finance Rotational Development Program, the Commercial Rotational Development Program and the Data Analytics Program. Recent graduate, Patti Viri-Cruz, will provide her perspectives on her time in the program and at Genentech. Q&A will follow featuring representatives from the rotational program, HR and a Biotech MBA alumna.
