Topic: Leading Teams During COVID-19
Ashly Collins is a healthcare administrative leader that develops and engages high-performing medical teams to deliver safe, high-quality, exceptional care to participating members. Ashly aspires to motivate, mentor and direct others to be creative problem solvers and effective collaborators in order to evaluate and elevate tomorrow’s healthcare practices. Atop of her class, Ashly obtained her MBA from SFSU in 2015, and has spent the last 7 years building out her career with Kaiser Permanente. She has held various roles, predominantly in program management and continuous improvement, driving transformative change. Ashly has spent the last year as an operational leader reconstructing premier care delivery systems in an outpatient setting in San Mateo during the COVID-19 pandemic without sacrificing quality and care experience.
