Speakers: Felicia Terwilliger, CEO & Co-Founder, Brightside, in conversation with Nancy Hayes, Principal, NKH Group

Felicia Terwilliger received an athletic track and field scholarship to SFSU in 2009 and completed her degree in Marketing in 2013. She spent the last six years building early stage consumer startups before creating and raising capital for her own concept in 2019. Felicia raised $3.3 million to develop and launch Brightside, an infrared yoga and sauna concept with the founders of Drybar and today's top wellness investors, including Tony Robbins. They seek to leave a powerful uplifting mark on people’s lives, and the world, for good.

Nancy Hayes has been an active angel investor since 2014 and has a portfolio of more than 25 companies with female founders. She was a senior executive of the IBM Corporation for many years and then CEO of two social services nonprofit organizations before becoming the Dean of the Lam Family College of Business at San Francisco State University in 2005. Later, she was CFO and Chief Administrative Officer of San Francisco State from 2011 to 2013. After leaving SF State, Nancy was cofounder of a rewards-based crowdfunding site for women with small businesses called MoolaHoop and then transitioned to angel investing.
