Open position: Technical Support Specialist - Tier 1-2.

Position Responsibilities: 
  • Customer service and technical support
  • Remote and on-site troubleshooting and field-service
  • Server hardware and PC hardware troubleshooting
Required Qualifications: 
  • Prior experience in customer service and technical support
  • Prior experience with analog and IP based CCTV systems.
  • Prior experience with Access Control systems
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent)
  • Clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications: 
  • CompTIA A+ Certification (preferred)
  • CompTIA Network+ Certification (preferred)
