- Customer service and technical support
- Remote and on-site troubleshooting and field-service
- Server hardware and PC hardware troubleshooting
- Prior experience in customer service and technical support
- Prior experience with analog and IP based CCTV systems.
- Prior experience with Access Control systems
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Clean driving record
- CompTIA A+ Certification (preferred)
- CompTIA Network+ Certification (preferred)
