Position Description: 

Entry level - Data Entry / Editorial Assistant for Mobile Health Platform 

The content team at Wildflower Health is seeking an Editorial/Production Assistant to help enter data into the Content Management System of our mobile healthcare application. This assignment is expected to last 8-12 weeks (but could extend longer) and involves the accurate transfer (copy/paste) of content from spreadsheets (Google and/or Excel) into our content database. You will be working onsite, during business hours, from our office located in the Presidio. There may be flexibility to work some days from home after a training period. 

We will provide the training. Our ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have great typing/grammar/spelling skills, a positive attitude, a curiosity about technology and a willingness to learn new things.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Experience using content management system is helpful
  • Experience with Google sheets is a bonus but not required
  • Mac proficiency required
  • Curious about technology and problem solving 
  • Fast, efficient data entry skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a small team 
  • Proofreading skills desirable (you have an eagle eye for spotting typos, punctuation issues, formatting inconsistencies)
