We are looking to hire a receptionist/administrative assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks, including, answering phone inquiries and placing outbound calls. As a Receptionist, you will forward calls to relevant team members, create and resolve support tickets via ZenDesk, and learn how to navigate our custom software and billing system to check balances, process payments/balance adjustments and more.
You will be the first point of contact for our customers/tenants, and we are seeking someone with patience and a pleasant demeanor. As a billing company, it is crucial we demonstrate emotional intelligence and empathy in all customer interactions.
This position will allow you to gain experience and knowledge of the Real Estate industry in all of California.
-Manage inbound and outbound phone calls and email communications
-Maintain client relations
-Tasks as determined by management
Availability 10am-4pm, Monday through Friday
