Stop & Shop management wants to cut workers’ health and pension benefit plans in order to reduce costs and give even more money to its major investors, but the company does not need to do so in order to remain profitable. John Logan is a professor and chair of the College of Business’ Labor and Employment Studies program. He is a labor historian and an expert on the anti-union industry, anti-union legislation in the U.S. and comparative labor issues
