Tim Shaw is the Chef Instructor for SFSU's Vista Room, training students in the Hospitality and Tourism Management Department and preparing them for careers in the Restaurant Industry. He has over 32 years of experience in the food industry, including in restaurants, catering, and private chef experiences. He also assisted with recipe design and testing for Joy of Cooking. He has a master's in food studies from NYU and an MPA in sustainable management.
