Manage LaborVoices portfolio of agricultural projects , including implementations with farm workers in the US, Mexico, and Canada for major multi - stakeholder initiatives and multinational companies . Work with clients to create and maintain detailed project plans, develop survey content, field client questions, and train clients to use of the SmartLine system. Present results to clients through conference calls and written reports. Launch the SmartLine in new geographies, through on - site orientation sessions with workers and /or trainers, and remote trainings. Manage contractor staff, as needed, to flag urgent issues for clients, and interface with workers to ensure ongoing eng agement with the SmartLine. Build relationships with key stakehold ers, including workers, NGOs and civil society organizations, to help customize the SmartLine to new geographies. Document LaborVoices success stories and challenges in blogs, case studies, and reports. Collect feedback from workers and clients on their satisfaction with LaborVoices, to drive improvements to our product. This position will be a key contributor to our existing Operations Team, with eight members in Bangladesh, Turkey, and the San Francisco Bay Area.
