Position Description:

We are currently seeking a Project Analyst for our San Francisco Transaction Advice team. The hired candidate will work on a variety of engineering projects in North and South America and must be fluent in Spanish or Portuguese.

Position Responsibilities: 

Request, manage and review relevant project data, studies, plans, and contextual issues Conduct technical, contractual, planning, economic and/or financial analysis as required Manage and interact with engineering specialists for technical inputs to due diligence, performance improvement and advisory assignments Prepare future and historic opex/capex analysis, draw conclusions, make recommendations, and coordinate/manage technical inputs from engineering specialists Manage due diligence and advisory engagement within the Transaction Advice team Review financial models for feasibility Prepare and deliver presentations of the above to satisfy client needs and goals Respond to RFP’s and prepare proposals Determine team requirements and manpower forecasts for proposals Assemble due diligence and performance improvement teams for proposals Develop and maintain strong internal and external networks Write papers and present them at industry conferences.
