We are looking for a part-time Office Assistant to work with our Facilities Manager on office operations in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative support related tasks and will be able to work independently with little supervision. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.
Ensure conference rooms are clean and organized. Troubleshoot office equipment issues as needed Assist with vendor relationships and invoicing Provide general support to staff and visitors Work with receptionist to ensure office administrative duties are completed Cover receptionist breaks/lunches Meeting set up and clean up Stock kitchen
