We will rely on you to steward and secure existing and incoming resources to build and deploy our innovative product suite for producing supply chain intelligence, managing our P&L, producing internal and external analyses, exploring financing opportunities, conducting statistical analysis on supply chain data, generating reports, guidance and insights to our executive team and board of directors . Bookkeeping, QuickBooks - General Accounting, A/R and A/P - Payroll - Expense report management, documentation, reimbursements - Tax preparation, managing accounting resources Banking - Managing our bank accounts - Receivables: Invoicing clients, stewarding funders and investors - Accounts Payable Pricing and Budgeting - Creating/updating pricing models for individual projects, responding to grant/sales opportunities - Systematically and continuously improving pricing modeling - Maintaining detailed and dynamic budgets, at a project and enterprise level - Maintaining detailed recordkeeping for key resource streams (e.g., foundation and government gr ants) Financial Planning, Analysis and Strategy - Reporting and strategy regarding financial stability, burn rate - Market sizing, segmentation, pricing, positioning and strategy development - Investor, creditor and donor facing reporting and projections - Evaluating team - wide compensation and financial options Legal (managing external legal resources) - Reviewing employment contracts - Reviewing client and vendor contracts - Managing corporate documentation (board meetings, shareholder and option - holder relations) This position will be a key contributor to our existing Administration Team, and will significantly support our Technology, Operations and Sales Teams, and Contractor Staff.
