Insight Global is looking for a helpdesk support technician for one of the leading healthcare organizations in the country. They are currently ramping up and filling their team of jr. help desk technicians who will be responsible for answering and responding to level 1/2 ticket escalations. This position is starting as a 6 month contract but my manager reiterated how it has the chance to get extended (think years) and they are looking for someone who is really interested in the opportunity and growing with the team!
These can include active directory, basic software and hardware issues, and the perfect candidate will be able to solve problems in a pro-active (not just active) manner.
Quick, effective learner who goes beyond answering every ticket…someone who can assess problems before they appear!
· Experience with a ticketing system
· Great written/verbal communication
· AMAZING customer service
· Experience with Microsoft Windows suite
