Sylvia Flatt

Sylvia Flatt received her Ph.D in sociology from the University of California, Berkeley. She previously worked as a tenured associate professor at the University of San Francisco, and served as Director of the Human Resources and Organization Development program (HROD).

No stranger to San Francisco State University, Sylvia has taught in the Executive MBA program here at the College of Business. She is a member of the Academy of Management, Western Academy of Management, and the Strategic Management Society.
