Professor of Management Mitchell L. Marks to receive the Pasmore-Woodman Award from the Organization Development and Change Division of the Academy of Management for his work in organizational change and development.
This is just the second time the award has been made. In 2015, the Organisation Development and Change Division of the Academy of Management launched the Pasmore-Woodman Award. The award is made to two or more colleagues who, over a sustained period of time, have managed to maintain a significant working relationship and have produced original and innovative ODC research. Professor Marks with his colleague Philip Mirvis each receives a plaque and share a $1,000 prize generously provided by Emerald Group Publishing, publishers of the Research in Organizational Change and Development (ROCD) Annual series. The award will be presented at the Annual ODC Division Business Meeting to be held in Anaheim, Calif., on Monday, August 8, 2016. To learn more about the award, see The Pasmore-Woodman Award.
Congratulations to Mitchell and Phil on their selection as award winners!
