Alexander Graebe, an open source technology evangelist from SAP, presented OpenUI5 at San Francisco State University

Alexander Graebe presented OpenUI5 technology at the ISYS  573: Building Mobile Business Applications class on December 4, 2014. During his presentation, Alex first showcased sample apps to illustrate the power of OpenUI5, including the SAP Match Insights, an innovative app adopted by the German national football team to analyze and enhance player performance, which ultimately contributes to the winning of the World Cup in Brazil. After explaining how MVC (model-view-controller) architecture is implemented in OpenUI5, Alex introduced, an effective web-based development tool that allows students to collaboratively code, run, and test HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, JQuery, and OpenUI5 based applications.  Alex provided all his code examples through jsbin, with students enjoying an awesome hands-on experience creating apps that feature lists, tables, images, calendar, and Google maps.
